The Donwell Company, a licensed TEFLON applicator, is skilled in the application of all DuPont Fluoropolymer coatings. The company has had experience in applying a wide variety of high-performance coatings from other manufacturers as well. Donwell is approved to apply coatings to meet many aerospace, medical, industrial and military specifications.
Donwell applies uniform coatings of dry film lubricants to tolerances from .0002 inch to .0005 inch, to provide corrosion-resistant properties and stability over a wide temperature range. Dielectric coatings applied by Donwell, which meet the requirements of MIL-E-5272, combine high electrical insulation with excellent heat transfer, ideal for heatsinks, semiconductors and printed circuit boards. Coatings utilized by the company all exhibit different degrees of chemical resistance, permeability, non-sticking, non-wetting, unique electrical properties, low coefficient of friction, heat-resistance, chemical-resistance and cryogenic stability.
