Custom waterjet cutting services including abrasive, precision metal parts, 5-axis, aerospace, aluminum, large component, & stainless steel. Our system can be configured to cut in single head mode in the two, three, and five-axis setups. Two and Three axis setups are used for cutting two-dimensional, flat parts usually from plate or sheet material. For large volume orders our system is capable of dual head and even quad head cutting.
Five-axis cutting is unique in the fact that the machine can cut three-dimensional objects with ease. It allows us to put features in assemblies or the apply bevels to flat objects. We offer machining services - Haas VMC for primary machining or secondary finishing operations,giving us a faster turn around time on your jobs. With over 20 years of machining experence we can deliver your product no matter the difficulty. We are structured to accomodate prototype and production quantities.
