STAT was developed as an alternative to SLA and RTV prototyping and dramatically reduces product development time. In a matter of days, it allows plastic sample parts to be made in the material of your choice to demonstrate exactly how your product will look, feel and function once it is manufactured.
SPRINT, a fast and versatile short-run tooling process, uses a QC7 aluminum insert tool that runs in our proprietary Uni-Base system and yields higher quantities of plastic parts in a short lead time. This process is perfect for a minimum of 25,000 pieces and can produce parts up to 18"x 20" and allows for side features, undercuts, textures and high polish options.
