Returnable packaging, most often designed as a complete system, can include containers, plastic parts trays, partition sets, totes, foam supports, divider pads, and pallets. Del-Tec also manufactures expendable packaging for industrial products and equipment cases with customized interiors. Plastic Former manufactures custom plastic components using thermoforming and vacuum form molding. Plastic former has rotary machines for high volume and shuttle machines for lower volume or specialized plastic molding. Secondary operations such as 5 axis and 3 axis CNC finishing work, die cutting, laminating, and assembly are also available. Plastic former also manufacturers a proprietary line of plastic totes, shelf boxes, trays, and bins in many sizes and styles.
