In 1985, Coast Chemical, Inc. was founded as a Southern California based full service distributor of specialty chemicals, surfactants and personal care ingredients. In 2003, the company purchased Southwest Silicones and merged the acquisition with its Texas operation to form the Coast Southwest division. As of May 2008, all Coast locations now operate as Coast Southwest, Inc. Today, we are a leading supplier of surfactants, silicones and personal care specialties, serving the cosmetics, household industrial & institutional, food and nutraceutical industries with four regional offices throughout the Western United States.
