Matrix has 41 years of experience providing engineering solutions on difficult molding programs; whether it's for insert molding, automated insert molding, encapsulation molding, molding high temperature thermoplastics like PEEK, LCP, Fortron, Ryton, Ultem, and Isoplast, or Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) materials like Pellethane, Santoprene, and Hytrel. We've also developed a niche in the opto-electronics market with our micron tolerance, integrated-lens, and micro-lens array and v-groove molding capabilities. Another area were getting more involved in is with LCP near hermetic packaging.
