OFC Tooling has established an excellent reputation for providing both prototype and production hardware including jigs for holding delicate high precision optics, planetary systems for uniformly coating the optics, monitoring systems in the deposition chambers, electron beam sources and components, resistive heating source turrets and a wide range of feedthroughs from water to electrical to rotary to optical. In addition to supporting the deposition vacuum chambers OFC Tooling also provided support to the numerous R&D projects that were on going as well as general maintenance components.
