121teacher is run by a Microsoft Authorized Instructor called Debbie. Pupils of all ages, travel from all over Essex in their spare time to be trained on a one-to-one basis or in a small group on Microsoft Office Products, from a beginner to advanced level. Debbie also trains and gives confidence to pupils who have never used a computer before, showing them how to navigate around the system quick and easy without getting frightened!!!
