Bear IT appreciate that while some businesses wish to minimise their systems down time, others are simply looking for the most cost effective solution. Our first level of support is aimed at businesses who are dependant on their IT systems, but have an infrastructure that is small enough to warrant support and servicing to be carried out as and when is necessary. Level 2 support provides a more comprehensive level of cover. IT equipment will be covered from both a hardware and software point of view for a monthly or annual charge, which covers call outs, parts and labour charges. Specialist work such as servers and laptop support is supplied at a reduced hourly rate. Level 3 provides contingencies for companies that have a high level of I.T dependency. Essentially the cover is the same as level 2, except, loan equipment is made available as necessary and we offer a data recovery service for systems and hard disks that have failed.
