Using the latest CAD/CAM technology we manufacture and repair Plastic Injection Mould Tools, these Plastic Injection Mould Tools are then passed to our in house Plastic Injection Moulding Shop for sampling, where we have 12 Plastic Injection Moulding Machines ranging in size from 40 tonnes to 250 tonnes. We also undertake trade moulding in the mould shop where we already have a diverse range of customers. Senior & Dickson Ltd., also manufacture Pressure Die-casting Tools up to 4 tonnes in size these can be used with either Zinc or Aluminium. Product Design for both Plastic Injection Moulding and Pressure Die-casting is also a speciality, and we can offer prototype quick turnaround Modelling. We prefer to build the Plastic Injection Mould Tools in tool steel for safety and longevity, but they can be constructed using Aluminium at customer’s request.
