Stainless Restoration offer a full range of products and services to the stainless steel industry / user, from pickling and passivation, electropolishing, on site services, swab cleaning, plant & equipment, chemical sales, mechanical polishing to consultancy work. With facilities in Hyde, Cheshire and Audenshaw, Manchester. We provide a full range of Electropolishing services with our in line Automatic plant, Large vessels up to 40 cu.metre can be electropolished on a special process floor served by a 10-ton gantry crane. Pickling and Passivation is carried out either by full immersion in our pickling & passivation tanks and larger items can be spray pickled on the dedicated process floor also served by a 10-ton gantry crane. We can also provide Mechanical Polishing services to finishes of 180/240/320 grit. Specific Ra readings can be obtained and validated with our surface measurement equipment. We provide in both in-house & on- site services.
