Moparmatic was established in 1956 by John Moses, my father. With a guarantee of work from his father-in-law, he designed and made a machine in the garage to produce the stems of chaplets. This machine, unchanged, is still producing rivets today. Since our foundation we have designed and built 8 machines, all of which are still producing a comprehensive range of chaplets to meet our client's requirements. We make double headed solid and fabricated washered chaplets. Wire/shank sizes range from 16g/1.6mm to 3/16"/5mm and washer/head sizes from ¼"/6mm to ¾"/19mm. We also produce pin chaplets with up to a ¾" extension.
