Neighbour Organization (NEO) Nepal also known as a "Neighbour Nepal Partnership Program (NNPP)" is a non-profit and non-political organization established on 13, October 1998 has been registered at the Government of Nepal under the District Administration Office, Humla (Regd. No. 34/055/56 and PAN Regd. No. 301656090) with the reorganization from the Social Welfare Council (Regd.No. 7909/1998/99).NEO-Nepal has addressed the issue of deprived communities, gender empowerment, regional disparities, equitable distribution of resources, conflict management and peace building. It also raised the water supply and sanitation program and livelihood status of over 25000 disadvantaged people like women, children and ethic communities in very remote areas and has empowered them to build institutions.
