Our team are specialists within design, tool-making. We offer a full 3D parametric service to take customer's concepts to detailed drawings ready for machining. Any 3D model can also be prototyped in a one-off fully working model in a fraction of the cost of conventional methods. Milling and 3D machining produce excellent tool solutions in rapid response to your brief. We can build single and multi-impression tools designed for accuracy and high/low volumes. Our spark eroding enables complex parts to be machined to very high tolerances and also allows difficult repairs to tools where conventional methods struggle.
