The mixer has no moving parts, is non-blocking, maintenance free, suitable for use in arduous and hazardous environments and is widely used by the major water companies and authorities in the UK. The external power source is out-with the mixing vessel, keeping maintenance to a minimum, is usually compressed air, biogas, nitrogen or steam. Systems are easy to install, and can be fitted without emptying tanks, eliminating the need for plant shutdown. Inline systems are also available.
