Based Leicester, founded 1990, A & S Tooling UK Ltd are cutting tool specialists serving the whole of the UK using the latest CNC technology. We provide a CNC regrind service at competitive prices including high speed steel (HSS) & Tungsten Carbide tooling for standards & specials. A full re-tip service is also available on brazed carbide tooling as is a full reclamation service & full coating service.
We can modify to customers requirements on all styles of cutting tools including radii, angles & special forms. Plus, new standard cutters can be supplied at competitive prices from stock (we modify standard cutters from our own shelves cutting down on lead times). Stock includes: HSS & carbide, endmills, slot drills, reamers, drills, taps, countersinks, side & face cutters etc... Also stocked: used/reground tooling available for modification or standard use.
A collection & delivery service is provided F.O.C to local areas. Express service available on request.
