With 24 hour production and four extrusion production lines, A1 ensures flexibility of supply and the ability to respond to requirements over long and short runs and various material types including: Rigid & flexible PVC, PVC Nitrile, Polypropylene, HDPE, LDPE, ABS. Colour matching & graining effects available to meet your requirements.
A1 provide a development, manufacturing and sales liaison process including tooling development, to deliver the right product, on time at a competitive price. Additional services allowing supply of the finished component are: linear meter in coils, linear meter cut to length, double sided tape application, cutting, drilling & punching - off line, inkjet printing.
