For over 20 years acs has been at the forefront of supplying engineered solutions to a range of air filtration problems.

Having long specialised in the control of coolant/oil mist from machining applications such as turning, milling, grinding etc, our downdraught filter benches, designated FB700II, FB1320II and FB2000II, have enabled us to provide solutions to the problem of controlling fine dust from processes such as de -burring, linishing, fettling and ingredient weighing applications

Fully complying with HSG258 legislation (controlling airborne contaminants at work), they incorporate inverter control, filter gauges with ?filter full? indication, G4 pre/primary filtration as standard and optional HEPA secondary filtration. Additional features that are standard on the models are a motor fail warning light, 3-sided enclosure, castors and on/off push button control with ?power on? light.
