Procom sell, install and maintain Avaya IP Office Phone systems and associated data and telephony services. These integrate user phones with PC networks via Voice over IP (VoIP) and other protocols to provide efficient, high performance, and flexible systems to meet the ever changing demands of our clients.Through our understanding of external data links we use this technology to set up multi-site links, Home Workers, and data collection services. CTI packages such as Outlook, ACT, Goldmine, TIM, and other database systems can be fully integrated. Standard phone services such as Voicemail, Conferencing, call recording, Music on Hold, Call Management software are either included or easily added. We will design and manage a project from the installation of Cat5e, Cat6, or fibre optic cabling to the provision of BT lines, broadband services, reduced call charges via Least Cost Routing, and the sourcing of NGNs.
