Company Overview
The West Bromwich Spring's Midlands site has specialised in high integrity zinc diecastings since 1983.
We cast around 70 tonnes zinc each month on two shifts, using Frech, Hishinuma & LK Machines, several with Robotics. We have an on site plastic moulding division manufacturing injection mouldings up to 8 oz shot weight on Demag and Windsor machines spanning 20 -150 tonne range.
Our Customer base includes small and multinational companies involved in the manufacture of Pneumatic/Hydraulic Control Valves, Door & Window Hardware, Electrical equipment and others.
We have an extensive screen and pad printing section along with second operation facilities and an in house Toolroom to design, manufacture, convert or modify Dies, Jigs & Fixtures. Polishing/Plating or Painting to Customer specification is routinely carried out, using proven local subcontractors. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, and the high level of service and assistance we offer.
