Bespoke products are manufactured in a range of materials; expanded polystyrene, expanded polypropylene and all known co-polymers. SCA Foam Products offers a complete packaging design and testing service for customers nationwide and globally as part of the SCA Packaging Group. We also specialise in packaging, components for the automotive industry, insulated concrete forms, fish boxes and material handling solutions. We have the capability to die cut fabricated foams and supply profiled shapes, cut pads and blocks. We manufacture at 6 strategically placed locations - Northampton, Spennymoor (Co. Durham), Livingston (Scotland), Torpoint (Cornwall), Kinmel Park (Staffs) and Cork, (Ireland). We have a standard range of products such as wine packs, mug packs, spheres, corners and angles.
