Wallwork Heat Treatment Ltd in Bury Lancashire offers a complete heat treatment of metal service. Open 24/7, we collect and deliver using our own fleet of trucks over most of the U.K. and have a turn round second to none.
Treatments offered include vacuum hardening, vacuum brazing, vacuum carburizing, nitriding, plasma nitriding., Tufftriding, case hardening, normalizing, annealing, stress relieving and solution treatment. We are also able to carry out shrink fitting.
We also provide PVD coatings: TiN, CrN, TiAlN, CrAln WCC, as well as our own Nitron O and Nitron MC coatings. To add to these coatings, we also provide WS2, ion implantation and DLC coatings.
