Rutland Plastics offers a full range of plastic moulding services from design and mould making to injection moulding and assembly as well as machining, if required.

A wide range of modern machinery has the capability to produce plastic mouldings from just a few grams up to 38kgs in weight. Rutland Plastics has expertise in thick section moulding and also offers gas assisted injection moulding.

Mould tool manufacture is available in-house although we also offer the option of manufacture overseas for maximum flexibility.

Plastic injection mouldings frequently need machining or assembly with other components. We have the expertise, flexibility and facilities to add the finishing touches including trimming, sonic-welding, machining and multi-component assembly. Rutland Plastics is also a specialist in the electrofusion process of joining plastics.
