Plasmoulds precision sand castings have been manufacturing precision sand castings for over sixty years. Included in the companies capability to produce precision sand castings are aluminium castings, aluminium alloy castings, sand castings, and general castings all to the quality requirements of ISO9001: 2000. The machining and finishing of our precision sand castings are carried out on site with our own CNC machining facility and paint shop, saving customers the potential conflict of interests between the foundry and subsequent processes. Plasmoulds also manufacture all tooling in house and offer the option of rapid prototype models when time to market is critical.
