NORDELL LTD incorporates our plastic manufacturing companies PB EXTRUSIONS and COMPONENT MOULDERS.
PB EXTRUSIONS are dedicated producers of tube & profile extrusions, making tubes up to Ø145mm & profiles to 200mm width. Many thermoplastics processed, predominantly ABS & UPVC but also HDPE, LDPE, PS, PP, PPO & TPE.
A particular specialism is plastic cores for the label, film & print industries. OEM, custom and standard sized cores supplied, with facilities for on & off-line cutting, notching and finishing.
COMPONENT MOULDERS are specialist injection moulders of technical & precision thermoplastic parts, up to 800 grams shot, 250 tonne lock. Virtually all thermoplastics & elastomers processed, including high-performance grades of LCP, PAA, PBT, PEEK, PEI, PPS, TPE, TPU, blends & specialist compounds.
Services include mould-making, printing, insertion, ultra-sonic welding, product assembly, kanban & DLF deliveries, all with complete quality assurance. ISO9001, UL746D & Aerospace approvals.
