OTM’s wide range of precision gearboxes and actuators encompasses many aspects of gear technology. In order to achieve specification requirements such as low or zero backlash, high torque to size ratio or harsh operating environments we utilise our experience in the design of spur, planetary, worm and bevel gearboxes as well as linear actuators to achieve the optimum solution. The company produces a range of standard spur and planetary gearheads form size 08 to size 34 which can be modified to suit customer requirements. OTM products and designs can be found in many major aerospace and defence projects, but they are equally at home in machine tool, medical or other environments where precision gearing and actuators are required. A full gear design and manufacturing service is also offered.
