Icore specialises in the design and manufacture of innovative, high performance solutions for electrical and fluid interconnect applications ranging from lightweight aerospace/defence systems to rail, automotive and general industrial use. We offer a custom service to optimise design for unique or specific applications.
Electrical systems provide high integrity mechanical protection with EMC, EMP, RFI, HIRF or lightning strike shielding. Products include fully wired harness systems, or components including conduit, metallic or plated composite connector adapters, and backshells.
We manufacture convoluted PTFE hose, and as UK distributor for Stratoflex, we offer a range of aerospace qualified or general purpose high, medium or low pressure flexible PTFE hoses and Quick Disconnect Couplings.
Connectors (current range between 50A and 10,000A) for a wide range of power-related applications, from withdrawable racks to battery disconnects, use our proven high performance contact band
