Techniques have been perfected that allow controlled deposits of Hard Chrome and Electroless Nickel, including composites, to be applied to complex shapes. Ferrous and non-ferrous materials, including aluminium alloys are regularly processed.
In-house grinding facilities permit the refurbishment of hydraulic rams and cylinders, print rollers, inking-rollers etc. Surfaces can be lapped and polished to N1. Internal grinding is also available.
The directors have been involved for more than 40 years in processing components from industries as diverse as plastics, rubber, aerospace, marine, defence, medical, paper and automotive, to name a few.
The company is registered to BS EN ISO9001:2000 for the provision of functional coatings and precision grinding.
