UK & Ireland Agents for Schondelmaier Presswerk - Manufacturers of cold formed/forged parts in carbon and alloy materials produced on hydraulic and multi-stage presses. Weights vary from 30g up to 40kgs.
Sizes vary from 25 to 850mm long and 20 to 180mm diameter. Tools produced in house.
Customers include the Automotive, Air Bag, Bearing, Filter, Hydraulic, Steering, Suspension and Transmission industries.
Deep Drawn Pressings:
UK & Ireland Agents for E.Ernst Unformtechnik - Manufacturers of technically demanding parts for the Automotive, Appliance, Control and Transmission industries, using multi-stage and transfer presses from 160 to 180 tonnes.
All transfer tools are produced in house and materials include carbon, alloy and non-ferrous from 0.1 to 6mm thick.
Rolled Rings & Flanges:
Rings from 450mm to 3¼ metres, discs up to 2 metres, special flanges and valves in carbon, alloy, stainless and super alloys on behalf of T. Gainza - Spain.
