JFC was established in 1998 when three former companies, Joyce Engineering, Flegg engineering and Chesham Engineering were amalgamated and merged together within a single site of approximately 60,000 square feet in the town of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. this new facility provided vastly increased manufacturing capacity which has enabled the company to double its sales turnover through providing its clients with "complete metalworking solutions".
