Current bending capacity on two machines is from 2" NB through to 20" NB however we are currently building a 1.5" to 8" capacity unit to complement our existing abilities. If required, we can offer options such as cutting, bevelling and hydrostatic testing as in-house operations.
To assist us in providing a more comprehensive service, we have a close association with long-standing local sub-contract companies and are able to offer the following additional activities in order to fully meet our customer requirements:
Post-bend heat treatment via an API standard facility
Destructive mechanical testing at a UKAS approved laboratory
Non destructive testing by an ASNT / PCN approved company
Primer, fusion bonded epoxy, polypropylene & polyethylene coating treatments
Grit blasting & chemical cleaning
Packaging and transport - both nationally and internationally by road, sea or air
Third party inspection through certified agencies
