Prosips Ltd is a company with over 12 years experience in many methods off production and manufacturing of Structural Insulated Panels. We offer the ideal solution for your process, supplying technical expertise for both continuous and discontinuous panel lamination. The equipment offered includes, caterpillar, roller, vacuum and hydraulic presses, rollforming, band saws, mineral wool lamella processing. Adhesive systems supplied are for 1 and 2k polyurethane application and polyurethane hot melts. Ancillary equipment includes mechanical handling vacuum handling, and stretch wrappers. The panels made on our lines include, insulated wall and roof panels. OSB faced SIPS panels, doors, profile wrapping and foil lamination
