Mg & A Engineering is a precision Gear cutting company based in Essex, that prides itself on its high quality of workmanship and customer care. Our plant and machinery are set up to produce a wide range of Gears at competitive prices, from free issue customer blanks or make complete in house. We specialise in prototype and small batch work but have ample capacity for larger batches or annual orders if the need rises. Gear cutting undertaken include spur, bevel and helical gears, worm & wormwheels, splines & serrations, sprockets, timing belt, pulleys and internal gears. We also specialise in CNC turning as we as milling, grinding, honing & broaching. We manufacture for our customers in the following fields: Marine, Aerospace, Food Industries, Special Purpose Machine Manufacturers and Breakdowns.
