Andy started in the Recruitment Industry in 1986 and has worked both the Permanent and Temporary market sectors in London and Sydney, launching and developing several successful divisions.Since September 1999 he has been involved in Recruitment Training, initially with an independent Recruitment Training company delivering material at both national seminars and client in house training sessions and most recently with an International Recruitment Group delivering a wide range of skills courses and training/development projects across Europe.Andy is enthusiastic and passionate about helping people to reach their full potential, focusing on techniques to increase both control and confidence. He believes that the more people feel a sense of being in control and experience the power of 'choice', the more confidence they exude.
