Machining facilities include CNC milling and turning and the painting facilities include powder coating & wet spray painting. All of Castech’s Precision Castings are individually inspected during production, all to ISO 9001:2000 standards. Castech manufacture precision aluminium castings, precision sand castings and precision aluminium sand castings with Tolerances of + - 0.4mm on dimensions up to 250mm (pro rata) Thickness down to 3mm or as low as 2mm in local areas."
