In 1987, Bouchard L'Escaut began producing Neapolitans (miniature chocolate bars), pralines and other chocolate products on a small scale using traditional methods of craftsmanship. Continual growth has now led to a great expansion of our product range. Our trump cards ? Flexibility in product development and personalisation : from label to foil wrapper, from ballotin to metallic box, from classic Neapolitans (with more than 6.000 personalisations), to a new market in pralines, tablets, bars and twist-wrapped chocolates. Production facilities : Bouchard L'Escaut is equipped with the very latest technology, which enables us to handle all urgen orders in the shortest delivery time. In 1999 further automation will increase our capacity to 5.000 tons per year. HACCP & ISO9002 : Our system involves strict quality control to meet the highest standards of quality assurance.
